**Q: How is the online Video instruction?**
A: We invite professional artists to make videos， And instruction are step by step. The content both fit for kids and adults.

**Q: How I can see the video ?**
A: As you can see, the video showes how to find the video tutorial series. There is also a flyer showes the video information.  And we will always update the drawing tutorial

**Q: I tried sharpening the white pencils, but the tips are really soft and they keep breaking while sharpening. I can't use them at all. What can I do?**
A: Try using a knife or different sharpener. When I was in school some charcoal pencils are softer and require another form of sharpening. I’ve sharpened a bunch of pencils by hand with a knife at school.

**Q: would this be good for someone in the hospital?**
A: The colored pencils should be okay,  but not sure about the charcoal.  You might want to check with the hospital staff first.

Wonderful art kit! My 7 year old granddaughter had a blast with this kit! Lots of colored pencils, regular pencils and beginners charcoal set within the kit! Sketch pads made of durable and thick pages excellent for mixed media! I highly recommend!
