**Q: Is this glue electricity conductive ? i need it to glue a thermistor to an integrated microcontroller chip**
A: This glue is electrically non-conductive.

**Q: Can i used this to put the ihs back on a de-lidded cpu?**
A: I would not try to use it for that.  I know from past experience that you wanrt that lid secured with something that won't contaminate the die.  I would anticipate this is not the right glue for your application.  In fact, I can't think of any "glue" that would be safe in that application.  But if I were to try to do that,  I might try an epoxy, but I would be concerned that fumes from the curing process might contaminate.

**Q: Can this be used as a substitute for a soldering iron?**
A: If by "substitute for a soldering iron" you mean to electrically connect components together, no.  This adhesive is not electrically conductive.  It is however thermally conductive when used in a very thin layer (like the thickness of a hair).  A thin layer can be used to transfer heat from a hot location to a cooler location.  An example would be from a hot integrated circuit to a metal heat sink.  In some cases, this material is more useful than thermal grease because it not only provides thermal coupling it also acts as an adhesive, so for small heat sinks, no clamp may be needed.

**Q: Can this be used to repair breaks in rear car defroster grids... will it conduct or "bridge" electricity to restore the circuit?**
A: This glue is thermal conducive glue, that is thermally conductive (-60 to 250 degree Celsius) and electrically non-conductive.
