I did not realize until putting it together that the shelves/bins are different sizes, but once I sorted that out, everything snapped together well. It fits easily against their kitchen counter island and is not too tall or short or too wide. It holds quite a bit, despite having a small footprint, which is good, but it never feels shaky or unbalanced. They can wheel it out of its nook easily to grab or stock something and it rolls right back since it's not too heavy. It's been quite useful in keeping paths clear and safe again and it's cute and doesn't look out of place in their kitchen. I was definitely looking for a value item with usefulness, because I wasn't entirely sure they would use it, but they sure do.
