Very happy with the customer service.Good product with a big flaw. The spill resistant cover was very weak when trying to take off to clean between the cover and lid. I broke one of the keepers. The slide cover broke off. Since I needed to size down the opening for hot beverages, that otherwise hit my lips, I superglued it back on in the position I needed, which does seem to work OK. Since then, I purchased a stainless steel vacuum sealed cup at Sams. It came with two cups, both with sliding lids that are very well done for $16. I even turned a full cup full of ice and water upside down and not a drop comes out.
