A: Yes, It's sandable

**Q: Can I use this with an acrylic-lacquer spray paint (automotive touch-up)?**
A: Yes just make sure it's completely dry before applying top coat

**Q: Can this be used on a previously spray painted surface (scuffed with 80 grit) or is a bare surface recommended?**
A: It would stick but IMO the surface would not be very smooth.  This will fill some small areas If this is what you want other wise I would strip the piece and then apply the primer. The better the base coat the better the coverage.

I was surprised how well it worked, I own a Toyota Sequoia that the paint started peeling on the roof a month after recall ended (another story altogether) the company also sold the other items ( paint and clear coat) instead of paying over a 1000 dollars, for under 50 I did it myself. Still how long it will last….who knows?
