**Q: Is the reel so heavy that its hard to pull?**
A: No, I hook mine onto a shirt/safety vest and when I extend it to scan my badge it barely pulls on the shirt/safety vest.

**Q: Can’t for life of me open either sleeve. Both seem sealed shut on the top. Am I losing it?**
A: Opening is about 1/4” from top.  Think of it as a ziplock bag.

**Q: Is it lightweight?**
A: Yes it is. 
I can put all my id information in it I need while working.

**Q: Does this have a locking feature? Or is it just retractable?**
A: Just retractable

Franchement très satisfait ! Les porte-badges sont solides et bien transparents, donc les cartes restent parfaitement lisibles. L’enrouleur est pratique et se déroule suffisamment loin pour badge sans enlever le clip, ce qui est super au quotidien. Le mousqueton tient bien, je l’accroche à la ceinture sans problème. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un lot de 2, je recommande
