This isn't just another hot sauce – it's a rich, oily chilli pickle that packs a serious punch while delivering an incredible depth of flavour. The blend of naga chillies with mustard oil and spices gives it that traditional South Asian pickle taste, with enough fire to satisfy serious chilli heads. I’ve been using it in everything from curries and stir-fries to sandwiches and even scrambled eggs. Just a small spoonful transforms a dish. It’s also brilliant as a condiment alongside rice and daal. Be warned though – it’s hot, not in a gimmicky way, but a slow-building, proper chilli heat that lingers. The texture is chunky, so you get bits of chilli in every bite, and the oil helps preserve it and adds that authentic flavour. A jar lasts a long time since a little goes a long way, though I find myself reaching for it more often than I expected! Highly recommended if you love heat with flavour.
