This one book completely 100% changed my whole life. It taught me what really are we doing here on this planet, that what we are seeking is liberation and complete union with God, and nothing else. Every soul is seeking happiness and Mukti but most souls are seeking it in all the wrong places. Essentially this book becomes a very important book for someone who is grossly disillusioned with life, who has begun questioning everything in it. The practice of “Kriya Yoga” as described by guruji Paramahansa Yogananda can hasten one’s evolution towards salvation by leaps and bounds.
