These connect together snugly with no gaps between the male/female ends. I’m writing this review because I just noticed the lack of feedback from this item that I have purchased again and again over the past 6 months. I will address the other review about them breaking when crimping. These connectors do work best if you align them properly in your crimping tool. It can be hard to see the creases through the plastic, but they do break like any other connector if crimped sideways.
