It just slides on for use and off for cleaning and storing. Could it be the wrong attachment for your machine? Or maybe the channels are crimped? Hope this helps a bit. **Q: Does it roll dough of notknow it cuts** A: It rolls dough to a variety of thickness(you select) then you can cut into 1/4 inch (8mm) or 1/8 inch (3mm) strips (or noodles). **Q: How to change the attachments? Does not work like instructions/illustrations?** A: You lift it up out of the sleeve. Not sure if I understand why ur having an issue. It slides in and out. Just lift the attachment up and it will slide out.
