Lipos do best with using 80 to 85% max of the packs compacity so that would be idea. If you ran a 6s 1000mah you could safely get 80 to 85 mins burning 85% of the pack. Remember a 2w transmitter is gonna make mad amounts of heat and moving air is a must, this unit in a static environment at 2 watts/2000mw is gonna be a issue evenc with the built in fan. If you use will be in a static environment then you will deff want to place a fan blowing on it or you will no doubt have heat problems.
