To my disappointment, I observed that the top portion of the helmet has visible damage/defect, which is completely unacceptable for a safety product such as a helmet. The helmet appears to have been delivered either in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect. Since a helmet is intended to provide protection, any damage to its outer shell raises serious concerns regarding its safety, quality, and reliability. I cannot use this product as it may compromise my safety while riding.I have attached photographs clearly showing the damage on the top side of the helmet for your reference.Considering the above, I request you to:1. Arrange an immediate replacement with a brand-new, defect-free helmet, or2. Process a full refund if a replacement is not available. As a loyal Amazon customer, I expect products to undergo proper quality inspection before dispatch. Receiving a damaged safety product has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.I request you to treat this matter as high priority and provide a prompt resolution at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily within the stipulated timeframe, I may have to escalate the matter further through the appropriate customer grievance channels.I look forward to your positive response and an early resolution ## Frequently Bought Together - Vega Jet Open Face Helmet Dull Army Green , Size: M(57-58 cm) - Boldfit Face Mask for Bikers in Riding Full Face Mask Balaclava for Men Black Mask for Bike Riding Accessories Cycling Accessories Stylish Mask --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/296234770-vega-jet-w-visor-dull-army-green-helmet-m](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/296234770-vega-jet-w-visor-dull-army-green-helmet-m) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
