However, I realized that this mixer has a very strict safety mechanism. The motor will not start unless the lid is perfectly aligned and locked into place. Once I figured this out, it worked flawlessly. If you're buying this, make sure the lid is securely "clicked" in before switching it on. The 1500W motor is incredibly powerful. It handles tough grinding tasks with ease and feels much more robust than standard kitchen mixers. Whether it’s heavy-duty batters or fine spices, the results are very consistent. Aesthetics: The Charcoal Black "Elements Series" looks sleek and premium on the countertop.
