I received the product on time and used the adaptor for my router. It worked well for 10 days, but then it stopped functioning. After contacting Fedus's support team, they promptly arranged a replacement and charged a small shipping fee of ₹100. Since then, it has been working fine. The product quality is good, and their customer service is exceptional.
