The wick burned down when I tried to replace it but the fire starter broke.Update - After sending the item back the manufacturer sent me two new fire starters free of charge. However after using them on my latest camping trip the last week I remain disappointed. One of the replacements that they sent me broke the exact same way that the original did. The other fire starter works fine but when 2/3 of the products I was sent break I cant give a high review.
