You can literally have a delicious meal with just some salt, black pepper and butter ! Very sticky and filling and flavorful! **Q: Whats the water to rice ratio I should use in my rice cooker after I rinse the rice a few times? This rice always comes out very sticky.** A: Rinse rice very well- and use the fingertip method to measure. Dip your middle finger in the rice and water and when the water reaches the line on your fingertip, then it’s good. Google: fingertip method rice. I’m Tlingit and most of my Family Is Filipino- it’s a no fail way to make rice in a pot or a rice cooker. It’s the only way if you ask me. I just add a pat of butter- if you add salt then the texture of the rice will be different **Q: Is the quality and rating labeled AAA - Premium or the lower quality A-1 Super?** A: I’m sorry but I put the rice in another container and threw the package away. However, my wife is Chinese and I lived in China for about 6 years and this is our favorite rice and well worth the money. **Q: Is this organic?! I thought it was!
