It's a think plastic tub with a solid steel frame that stands up to a lot of abuse. I have filled this clear to the top with heavy clay soil and took it over very rough terane. Not one did I feel a wobble, hear a squeak or think that it it would fail in any way. It was very easy to put together, and only took about 20 minutes to assemble. As far as handling, it is not hard to back up with when in reverse with the tractor. To empty the bin, you just step on the release lever and lifF up on the tub. There is a huge design flaw though. The lip at the end of the tub makes it very hard to dump dirt (or anything else) due to the fact that it gets caugh on the lip and will not dump freely. Also, once the bin is up because the material pins it down on the lip, it drags on the ground with a scraping motion When moving forward on your tractor. I think if I add two casters on the back, the problem could be solved. All in all, this is a well built trailer that should last many years.P.s, Why is this $200 more here than what HD has it for? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Cart *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2016* This dump cart is great.
