**Q: Is your packages always late? I’ve been having problems getting mine delivered and it’s frustrating**
A: No I think the package came on time of course it was delivered before Covid

**Q: The tag says "extremely heat sensitive." Does this mean it catches fire easily? I plan to put it in a toddler classroom, so it's very important.**
A: I used it in a setting for preschoolers on a wood floor, with no heat sources nearby. Since it says "heat sensitive, it might melt easily, but what heat source would a sensible person be using in a toddler classroom?  Maybe this means don't dry it with a hair dryer if you clean up a spill.

**Q: Machine washable?**
A: Hello, Our rugs are not machine washable. You can use a steam vacuum for a deeper clean but spot cleaning and regular vacuuming is our recommendation. Thank You

**Q: What is the best way to wash this?**
A: Our rug is being used in a preschool classroom.  I have been spot cleaning areas with a damp cloth and a squirt of Lysol spray.  For larger areas I will use Resolve carpet cleaner.

I know it doesnt seem like a high quality rug in the photo and honestly i was going to just throw it in a play room but its thick and soft and beautifully made its decorating mu daughters room and she just loves pointing at the animals
