## Questions & Answers

**Q: What percentage of protein is whey?**
A: I actually happen to work at a facility that has made core power products in the past. The core power elite was not one of the products that we made, but the their other products(the 20 and 28 gram protein flavors) used only cold filtered milk. Just plain milk filtered by a reverse osmosis process that simply removed water from regular milk, thus increasing all its natural goodness including protein. Hope this helped.

**Q: How does this get delivered since they need to be refrigerated?**
A: They don't need to be refrigerated. It's a self stable product.  It's shipped in a box via UPS or USPS

**Q: When is Amazon gonna get the Chocolate in? What are they waiting for? They have other 2 flavors!**
A: I don’t know the answer to that question. I only have had the vanilla and strawberry.

**Q: Did they discontinue the banana flavor?**
A: I think banana is hard to find. But even the chocolate is out of stock right now

I have a bunch of weird health issues, so supplementing with one of these every day or so seems to help a lot. The biggest thing is that they taste great. The vanilla is my favorite but they all taste like straight up milkshakes. They’re delicious and filling. They make a great meal supplement. It’s way more protein than I could possibly need all at once, so I crack one in the morning and keep it in my fridge and sort of sip on it throughout the day. They have way better ingredients than similar brands and they’re so easy to grab and go when I’m sick and barely hanging in there. I know a lot of people drink them for other reasons but those are mine and that’s how they’ve helped me. Weird pro tip: if you’re short on your protein and thirsty? Pour a yummy prebiotic soda of your choice in to a big glass of ice and add a shot or two of the vanilla protein shake! My gym buddy turned me on to it, but it’s a healthier Italian soda basically! It’s actually really tasty!
