I LOVED this thing. - 5 star product - This damage was my fault. Pay attention to whether or not the heating pad is turning on the carousel in the microwave while warming it. Sigh. I LOVED this thing. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it worked like a miracle on my lower back and for cramps. Unfortunately, if it stops turning on the carousel in the microwave? It WILL burn up. (You CAN use it in the microwave without a carousel, but you need to manually turn it and I didn't realize that until later.) I saw the photos of the 1-star reviews when I bought mine months ago and chalked them up to user error and figured someone had just nuked it for too long at too much heat. Unfortunately, mine burned through the cloth in less than 2 minutes because it got stuck at some point and wasn't turning. When it's spinning on the carousel? 2 minutes delivers perfect warmth every time. I still rate this a 5 star product, just pay attention and you won't be sad like I am now. Review: Good heating pad - This is a good heating pad to sleep in (as long you wear it over fabric) and covers a good amount of surface space. ## Features - 🌿 DEEP MOIST HEAT — Microwave Heating Pad Microwavable with Natural Grain Filling: Experience soothing warmth with our premium moist heating pad microwavable design. Safe, heats evenly and stays warm for about 20 minutes of deep heat with a bit of steam. Extremely soft fabric. The velcro extension strap included helps when needed. I've also used the pad to warm my cold feet and hands in the morning, bonus! Drawbacks: This pad has some weight to it, so depending on your back limitations be advised. The seeds inside can shift and make certain areas uneven, but that's easy to fix. If you're looking for a heating pad to lay on (rather than carry) I would go with the rectangular size SuzziPad. I also recommend a lint roller, especially if you have a pet friendly household. ## Frequently Bought Together - SuzziPad Microwave Heating Pad for Back Discomfort, Microwavable Heat Pads for Lumbar, Waist, Stomach, Neck Shoulder, Wrap with Moist Therapy, Warm & Cold Compress - SuzziPad Microwave Heating Pad for Discomfort Reducing, 7x16 Microwavable Heated Pads, Muscle Ache, Soothing Fatigue for Neck and Shoulder, Bean Bag Moist Heat Pack, Warm Compress, Purple - SuzziPad Microwave Heating Pad for Neck and Shoulders, Weighted Shoulder Wrap to Reduce Discomfort, Heated Wraps with Herbal Aromatherapy, Moist Heat Warmer Hot & Cold Compress --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/289351468-suzzipad-microwave-heating-pad-for-back-and-lumbar-tension-weighted](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/289351468-suzzipad-microwave-heating-pad-for-back-and-lumbar-tension-weighted) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
