I asked for samples of the products to help decide which scent I would like and they sent me all 3. The beard jelly goes on shiny and stays that way all day. All I use is about a dime size worth and that's plenty. I really like the way it feels throughout the day and even when I wake up it still feels soft. Magic - smells very strong at first and has a strong patchouli scent. Somebody told me I smell like church incense and I had to agree. It's not for me so I had to pass on this one. Hammer - this scent smells similar to the magic but only because of the patchouli. It's not at dominant as the magic but to me they smell very similar. Hammer would be my second choice. Gold - when I first took a whiff of this one I immediately thought of a bag of weed with citrus. I didn't want coworkers thinking the same thing everyday at the office so I really had to pass on this one. Stagecoach - by far my favorite!! You can smell light tobacco but it's not a bad thing. It smells sweet, almost like a desert and I don't mind wearing it all day. I've been told that it smells like dr pepper and in a way it does. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because I only liked 1 scent. Maybe in the future they might have more or even an unscented version.
