I must admit it says on the instructions to leave the whitening gel on for 30 seconds but I’ve been leaving it for 60 seconds with no problems. I’m not advising anyone to do this as it depends how strong your teeth are. I have another week to go and my teeth are almost as white as they used to be! Also the two sticks of gel are filled very generously which I was very surprised by as other less successful teeth whitening gels were not as generous. I am genuinely surprised and extremely impressed with this product and the results, I definitely highly recommend it.
