## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you cook it in the oven.**
A: Yes I cooked in oven until outside was crispy then took it out sliced strips off then finished on griddle to desired taste

**Q: how long is this good if kept in the freezer?**
A: Its rather large so keep that in mind but I would say with the bag it comes in, well sealed would last 6 to 8 months as long as its always kept airtight in the bag. It was delicious by the way and worth what I had paid.

A: Beef & lamb

**Q: I have a rotisserie And I was wondering how long does it have to cook before you start shaving ?**
