The output ranges between 115V to 118V at any given time, and doesn't protect my equipment at all from power fluctuations, even with the sensitivity set at max. Load sits at 6% so I'm not taxing it whatsoever. At this price, I would expect more. I can't even return it because of desertcart's policies, so I have a $200 paperweight. UPDATE - On Friday, September 13, there was a lightning storm in my area. Both my A/V receiver and my cable box were connected to the Battery/Surge strip, and both fried. While there's an insurance coverage policy with this product, I feel that I can't take advantage due to the fact that I bought the audio receiver some time ago used and the cable box is a rental.
