## Overview

The Earthquake Sound DBXi-12D is a 12-inch car subwoofer delivering 1500 watts of powerful, distortion-free bass. Featuring a super wide multi-layer foam surround for over 3 inches of cone excursion, a hot-forged T-YOKE for magnetic efficiency, and a turbo forced-air cooling system, it ensures long-lasting performance and deep, immersive sound. Designed with precision double spiders and tensile leads for durability, plus a removable gasket for airtight sealing, this subwoofer is engineered to transform your car audio experience with professional-grade bass impact.

## Description

The Earthquake Sound DBXi Series subwoofers, with their signature super wide edge , multi-layered, pressed and laminated-foam surround stands 1.25" high, allowing the cone to move well over 2" without any deformation. A progressive double spider design allows for long excursion with perfect linear motion, preventing the voice coil from rubbing. The tensile leads are stitched into the spider to eliminate the chance of flopping against the spider or cone during the extreme movement. While packing in all this power, Earthquake has not overlooked the importance of efficiency. A hot-forged single piece T-YOKE permits a clear flow of magnetic flux which increases the efficiency of the driver; a turbo forced-air cooling system keeps the four-wound high temperature bobbin voice coil running cold. The removable rubber gasket literally and figuratively seals the deal when it comes to the DBXi subwoofer. Not only does this feature have cosmetic purposes of covering the screws used to install the driver, it also doubles as a seal to prevent enclosure air leaks. If you have been searching for that trunk thumping, window rattling, seat vibrating, heart-pounding bass, look no further than Earthquake Sound's DBXi Series.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Whats the rms on this sub? Got a 5k amp and want to see joe many of these i can run on it.**
A: I don't have these subs BUT, the previous answer is a worthless answer for this model of 12". Sws stands for shallow woofer system. And has no bearing on the "regular" lines if subs earthquake produces. But with a 1500 watt max....in my experience usually the rms is around 500-800 watts....reading the features of these. I would not feel bad putting 800-900 watts on these dailum

**Q: When will the others be available?**
A: It said 1 is available so want to know when will the others be available for purchase
