**Q: The base looks small compared to the seat, like they may be easily tipped over.  Are these free standing or screwed into the floor?**
A: They are free standing the only screws are to attach the seat to the base. The base is a normal size for a stool I haven't had any tipping over

A: From Floor to seat is 22 inches that I just measured!  Hope this helps.

**Q: What table height should be ordered with these bar stools?**
A: These stools are  adjustable which makes them unique I use them for my bar in my family room

**Q: I have wood floors, will these chairs scratch the wood floors when you move them out to sit?**
A: I have on ceramic tile and they don't slide very easy more of a pick up to move can't tell u for sure on the wood floor my guess is it won't scratch
