( I think their older ones had cheaper handles on the portafilters, I think they fixed this with the newer ones). I am no coffee snob so this works for my price range and what I wanted. Not super bulky on my counter, looks good and matches my other coffee items. I enjoy it but I hear it isn’t the proper way to make espresso. The heat is great, won’t burn you or anything, so if you like your coffee to burn your face off then maybe check one you can control the temperature with. It is pretty fast and doesn’t leak at all. Pretty easy to clean, I have a straw cleaner I use for the hole in the portafilter. It does seem to stain a little though.
