I keep my iphone, my ipad pro, my mini ipad, and all my airpods in the pouch with plenty of room to spare. However, the pouch is too small to grocery shop. There is an accessory bag that holds up to 10 lbs of groceries, so that will mean many trips unless you can somehow get to a grocery cart with, say, a cane, and use the grocery cart as a walker.
