Wanted to get the Uriel as I read great things about it. But not available in my size. The small is the one I use the most. I’m small…33” measurement around hips. But the medium also works for me. After finally figuring out the leg strap (bring it under and then straight up through the belt/truss…works very well. It’s comfortable..well..considering..but seems to work keeping things in place. I still work out and cycle and do yoga and other exercise regularly.. Sometimes I use this during workouts, sometimes not. Rarely if ever sleep with it on. Would still like to compare to the Uriel if it’s ever available again. But would recommend giving this one a go. There are others that look good too, but some have a very large pad which I don’t think would work well for me. To fix the issue, I folded a sock up and put it under the pad to help put enough pressure to keep the hernia in better.
