I would never do it tho.....may loose a finger or two. I assume that you want to do the flip tricks with it. Sorry if I'm wrong. I have 2 bali swords and they are so heavy and they are dangerous to try and flip. **Q: Where can i get replacement screws?, when I went camping two screws fell out** A: Email Gerber for replacement screws. There's a good chance they'll give them to you for free. Blue loctite them in when you get them. **Q: Can you treat it like a butterfly knife, in the sense of tricks and messing around with it? Or is it like a butterfly in just how it closes?** A: No. It has locks you have to press to close it. At two different points. Looks to me like this was intentional design to prevent butterfly knife tricks with it. **Q: What angle is the knife blade?** A: The angle of grind is 15° per side for a total of 30°. ## Frequently Bought Together - Gerber Gear DoubleDown - Folding Machete for Camping & Hunting Gear - Black/Stone - Gerber Gear Gator Combo Axe II [22-41420] --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/284821037-gear-doubledown-folding-machete-for-camping-and-hunting-gear-stone](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/284821037-gear-doubledown-folding-machete-for-camping-and-hunting-gear-stone) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
