Review: Best Tahini by Far - I've tried quite a few brands of tahini, and this is the BEST, followed by Trader Joe's, which is cheaper, but Trader Joe's is so often back ordered. It's very thick, so you know you're getting a LOT of sesame seeds in every jar. Therefore, it costs a little more, but it's worth it. Most brands are runny. The texture is smooth, and the oil rises to the top, if you want to pour off any to use for frying. It actually goes further than most tahinis because it's so thick that you don't use as much at once. It's always very fresh tasting. In fact, I'd buy more jars at once, but the company has a 5 jar limit per order. Excellent quality!
