Are they available?** A: I am not sure what instructions you need. Loosen the thumb screws, slide the parts on so they look like the picture. The holes in the 2 small sliders are for 2 screw handles. The last piece is to set your left/right distance. But it does get the job done. I am not sure how long it will last but my husband seems pleased. I guess when this one breaks we will get a better one. There are no instructions which makes it a little hard to put together, I am guessing it will have to be replace depending on how much he uses it.
