It helps get the fur off your cloths in the washer and dryer (which is already happening) and it goes into the lint trap or down the drain or wherever. It does not get collected on the zappers. So maybe people think it is not working. But you can tell because your clothes or linens, especially if they were extra furry, are noticeably cleaner. **Q: how many times can you use this ?** A: I've been using these since 2017. I have the original ones from 2017 and now another newer set (Walmart, $10) and use all four. I really only use them for blankets and bedspreads, things that are too big/bulky for a sticky roller or vacuum. I've noticed the material slowly degrades over time and they become smaller and loose there tackiness but still seem to work. NOTE: I believe they need some heat to work. I sometimes use in dryer only to "de-fur" between washings. I've tried with and without heat (low) and there is a big difference. With low heat, I get a lot of fur in the lint trap. **Q: It says they are sticky; how do you clean the fur off of them?** A: I wash them in the sink with a squirt of dish detergent often. They are meant to have fur and lint stick to them. They are doing the job, you just have to clean them off. **Q: Hi!
