Review: Works with simpled door lock. - I wanted to be able to use my simpled lock via WiFi but didn't really want to pay the cost of there own bridge. Doing lots of Internet searching I discovered that you only needed a bridge that picked up with the app that's used. This fitted the requirements perfectly and is £20 cheaper. Simple white box you plug in and connect via the app. Brilliant bit of kit.

**Q: Can this link my lock to Samsung Smarthings app**
A: Sorry, it cannot work with Samsung Smarthings app, but TTlock app.

**Q: I get that I has to be setup by wifi but if someone turned the WiFi of would the lock still work?**
A: Wifi is only required for programming the lock with passcodes from the app you download onto your phone, or to lock/unlock the door remotely. Without wifi, the lock will still open with fingerprint, keyfob, remote control, punching an authorised code into the keypad and the physical key (which incidentally sets this lock apart from all the rest because you can still unlock if the batteries ever fail, unlike other locks) . It's an absolutely brilliant lock. We run a B&B and guests get to choose their own passcode which expires on the day they depart. Has worked continuously for hundreds of guests.

**Q: So, as per the 6th image and claim of Alexa integration, if someone yells “Alexa unlock the front door” from outside the house the door just unlocks?**
A: Hi,

You set up a password with Alexa so when you ask it to open the door she asks for the password and only opens the door if it's correct.

**Q: Can I use 1 gateway for multiple locks? I have 4 rooms that the door handles are less than 10m distance?**
A: Dear customer,
It can be work for multiple smart lock but must be in short range. So you will need multiple if you plan on having a compatible smart lock back, front, up or down. Such as, one at the back door, another at the front door and 1 upstairs for maximum reliable coverage.
