## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does having in closed container promote mold?**
A: I'm not sure about the mold.  The containers do have holes near the bottom to allow air in.  I live in Florida and have no problem with mold.

**Q: Why does it have to say “Vintage Storage” on it ... can anyone tell me if you can scrape off the lettering?**
A: The lettering is slightly raised so you may be able to scrape it off. Honestly, I never noticed it said that until I read your question. This lettering is quite small. I love my canisters and am very happy with the way they look as well as their functionality.

**Q: How much flour does the canister hold**
A: It can hold an entire bag of flour.

**Q: Can I store these in the garage?**
A: If you have a ckimate controlled garage you may be able to.  Mine would be to hot.  Remember potatoes like a cool dark place for storage.  I will tell you that this canister keeps the potatoes much longer than other containers I have used.  I actually have sprouts on some but still no rot.
