They are absolutely the worst services I have ever received. They were rude and refused to help. I was being transferred too many times I cant count. I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau for the first time in my life. I am not a difficult customer at all, I work on a call center and know how to cultivate a civilize conversation. But, after being on the phone for 6 hours with many transfers. The last person SHORTEN my service date period by 15 days! Told me that I shouldn't be "in love with my phone." The issue I had was when my sims card was activated they gave me a new phone number, the customer service person who activated the card said I would have to purchase a new sims card and service plan to get my old number back. The person who made the mistake told me this! After contacting BBB, they quickly did the right thing, but WHO WANTS TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE! If you read the BBB complaints this is ongoing issue for thousands of Straight Talk Customers.
