Review: Great tasting dried strawberries! - I first discovered Sunny Fruit Dried Strawberries at Costco. They are no longer available at Costco, but fortunately I am able to buy them from desertcart. These dried strawberries have excellent flavor and texture. You should aware that they are quite sweet and have a lot of sugar added, 15g of added sugar in a serving size of 40g. I've found they keep quite well at room temperature after the bag is opened and the packaging does not recommend refrigeration.

I first discovered Sunny Fruit Dried Strawberries at Costco. They are no longer available at Costco, but fortunately I am able to buy them from Amazon. Very tasty on their own. But my primary reason for purchasing was to use them in baking muffins & they work great in my opinion for that as well. Use half the amount of fresh strawberries suggested in a muffin or bread-baking recipe & for the other half called for use these dried ones, & the muffins turn out to hv an extra burst of strawberry flavor, plus they don’t turn out soggy as sometimes occurs when using juicy fresh fruits only.
