MEGAMARKETPLUS has incredibly poor service. I did not receive my item after waiting neary 7 days. MEGAMARKETPLUS blamed Fedex saying that they gave MEGAMARKETPLUS an incorrect tracking number but it was MEGAMARKETPLUS's oversight. They just apologized saying "We have refunded your money. You can buy the product again. The policy we applied was made as far as the transactions allowed by Amazon."Well - First of all, I did not receive the product so they should refund the money of course. They do not accept providing any compensation for the time I spent to follow up with Fedex and Amazon customer service. Please do not buy the products from this company. The service is terrible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great water! Helps a variety of GI discomfort *by on Reviewed in the United States 2 September 2026* This water is good. The bottle size is nice (20 oz so not too big and not too small) and it tastes great. Helped me get past the taste of water when I was undergoing chemotherapy even though it somehow still just tastes like water. Here’s why I’m docking a star. The case box (Essentia’s, not Amazon’s) is glued so strongly on the entire top flaps that: If you were lost in the desert dying of thirst, and you saw a mirage they looked like this Essentia case among a cactus colony, and then you approached the mirage in desperation, and then when you arrived at the mirage you found you were the luckiest person in the world because it actually *was* a real case of Essentia, you would tragically expire from dehydration before you could actually get one of the precious life-saving bottles of water out of the box.Otherwise, really good water once you knife your way into the box! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Water - Extremely Difficult to Open Bottles *by on Reviewed in the United States 2 September 2026* Love the refreshing flavor. Love the digestive benefits.Deducted 1 star because the bottles, in every case I’ve gotten, have been impossible for me to open twist caps without some type of assistance. Latest case, I got two bottles that I had to open with a pair of kitchen shears that had a bottle top twist on the handle, and even that wasn’t easy. Usually a silicone gripper made for opening bottles & jars will work…but most of the time I hand off to my husband, and HE has to work at it. I am NOT generally a weak person despite having arthritis. These are the only bottles I routinely struggle to open. ## Frequently Bought Together - Essentia Water LLC, Ionized Alkaline Bottled Water; 99.9% Pure, Infused with Electrolytes, 9.5 pH or Higher a Clean, Smooth Taste, 20 Fl Oz (Pack of 24) - Essentia Water Bottled, Ionized Alkaline Water:99.9% Pure, Infused With Electrolytes, 9.5 pH Or Higher With A Clean, Smooth Taste, 1 Litre (Pack of 12) - Essentia Water LLC; Ionized Alkaline Bottled Water; 99.9% Pure; 9.5 pH or Higher; Consistent Quality in Every BPA and Phthalate-Free Bottle; 12 Fl Oz (Pack of 12) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/281663482-water-20-oz-bottle-ionized-alkaline-bottled-water-electrolyte-infused](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/281663482-water-20-oz-bottle-ionized-alkaline-bottled-water-electrolyte-infused) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
