Less than 6 months and the spray head will not function properly. Can not switch back and forth from spray to stream. No way to service the head and make repairs. Went to the web site this morning and it says it is under construction. NO phone number to make any contact with a real person. Faucet should last 5 years under normal family use. Usually I am lenient when it comes to reviews, but am tired of products that preach quality & satisfaction and fail to deliver.Update: 1-3-18Found another email address after searching the literature that came with the faucet and was contacted by the company within 36 hrs.. They apologized for the issue and offered to send a new faucet head as a replacement. They indicated it was an upgraded version. It came quickly despite courier needing a signature for the part. So far it appears to work better than the original. Time will tell. I have upgraded my review since the basic faucet has held up okay and seems to function properly and is generally is easy to use . Still disappointed in failure of the faucet head, thus only four stars ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Broken After 1 Month - UPDATE It's Fixed! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2017* Purchased for kitchen renovation. Looks nice, installed easy. However, after 1 month of use the button to switch water between stream and spray does not function properly. We are unable to switch from spray to normal stream of water. While the spray style is useful, it is not preferred for washing things like baby bottles.UPDATED 1/9/2018I was contacted by the seller and they quickly sent a replacement sprayer. Easy to swap out and solved the issue. If you purchase this faucet and receive a sprayer with 1 button instead of 2, contact the manufacturer for replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality and finish equal to much more expensive brands *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2018* Really impressed by the quality and finish of this faucet. Only had it installed for a few weeks so I can't speak as to its long-term reliability yet, but so far I'm very happy with it. The controls work very well and the pause button is a great feature. It's just as nice to look at and handle as the $300 retail commercial-style faucets I was considering before buying this. Installation was easy, and Gicasa includes 1/2" to 3/8" fitting adapters which was nice because I did end up needing them and it saved me a few bucks and a run to the store. A friend has already bought this same faucet after seeing it at my place. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/281402831-gicasa-kitchen-faucet-oil-rubbed-bronze-kitchen-faucet-with-pull](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/281402831-gicasa-kitchen-faucet-oil-rubbed-bronze-kitchen-faucet-with-pull) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
