**Q: Is this a clear sealer or does it have glitter in it too?**
A: The sealer is clear but whichever color glitter you pick determines what it will look like.  We bought several different cans. The clear had a white/iridescent sparkle, the purple left purple sparkle,  and the same for the red and the orange. If you just want plain clear-coat sealer this isn't the right product for you. It will leave sparkle/glitter.

**Q: Can this be used to seal glitter on a tulle topped dress?**
A: From what I have found in my search, Yes it can be used on fabric. The following is a what I found when I researched your question. 
Krylon Glitter Blast adds glitz to almost any surface in one step with no mess or clogging. Use for holiday greenery, wedding centerpieces, ornaments, room decor, scrapbook pages, cards and other paper crafts. Glitter Spray is acid-free and can be used on: wood, metal, wicker, plastic, Styrofoam, papier mache, glass, plaster, ceramic, fabric, dried or silk florals, paper, and more. Permanent on most surfaces but will wash out of fabrics when laundered. Dries to touch in 20 minutes and can be handled in 24 hours. 6 oz. Clear Sealer.

**Q: Does this work well on paper? Like card stock? Do you need a sealer?**
A: I tried on canvas it worked. I think a sealer is a good idea

**Q: How well does this completely seal other glitter sprays? im usin a body glitter spray on some wings, but dont want glitter everywhere or on my clothes**
A: Im not sure how it works sealing a glitter spray, but I use it to seal the glitter when I don't want it moving anywhere. And it works very well. But I would recommend using it outside or in a well ventilated area, the smell is strong and it takes a while to dry

Winter frost in a can. So pretty and glittery, makes what you make seem magical. Now for the pros and cons: PROS: Covers what you spray in a fine opalescent translucent glitter Easy and convenient to use (if instructions are closely followed) Dries quickly and nonsticky to the touch Adds a magical frostty appearance to your creative projects difficult to achieve with glue and glitter Can use what you need without wasting product CONS,: Nozzle tends to clog, resulting in uneven, clumpy spraying. It can eventually clog to the point where it will no longer spray. My solution to this has been to remove the nozzle, soak in mineral spirits, rinse thoroughly in hot water and then reattach. As with all Krylon spray products, tends to sputter and spray unevenly. Make sure you shake the can for at least 2 minutes, spray in sweeping strokes, and don't use outside when temperature is below 40° F. Also, store inside temperature controlled environment. Will not cover opaquely, if that's your goal. Can be messy. Make sure you cover surrounding areas well, as overspray is normal, and wear thin plastic gloves. Product is expensive, ad you may need several cans for a larger project
