I used these for two cruises. At one point my husband, who doesn’t get seasick, said that he was going to take a gravol because he was feeling the seas, but I didn’t! The patches last 2-3 days, so I would overlap the patch. Meaning, on my second day, I would add another patch behind my other ear.
