## Overview

AQUASALT Swimming Pool and Spa Chlorine Generator Salt is a 100% pure, USP-certified granular salt designed exclusively for chlorine generators. Highly rated by thousands, it’s the trusted choice for millennial pool owners who demand efficiency and quality in their pool care routine.

## Description

Aqua salt is 100% pure, certified USP-Grade salt, produced specifically for swimming pool and spa chlorine generators. The evaporated manufacturing process is familiar to most people as table salt or food grade salt. Aqua salt is packaged solely for use in swimming pools and spas with chlorine generators and is not intended for human consumption. Aqua salt should be distributed over the greatest water surface area possible to result in the fastest dissolve rate. Follow the Chlorine Generator Manufacturer guidelines for quantity and frequency of adding salt. Avoid piling the salt on the pool surface and brush as necessary until fully dissolved. 40 pound bag size.

Review: Easiest purchase ever! - So glad I bought the pool cleaner! It does an amazing job!
Review: Best pool salt hands down - Hands down best salt I have ever used. Been using the pool salt being sold at local pool store for the last several years. Also tried Morton pool salt not long ago. Often I would have large clumps that took a while to dissolve. Other salt brands also just looked dirty at times. 1st time using Aquasalt today and it was pristine. Fine granules with zero clumps or dirt and dissolved almost immediately. Highly recommend.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the actual chemical makeup of ingredients? Another product I use is 99.9% sodium choloride.**
A: Aqua-salt, Pool salt and Sodium Choloride are all the same, I usually just use the cheapest I can find.

**Q: Does this salt have anticaking agents? Can it be used in above ground pools?**
A: I do not know about anticaking agents. But I use it in my 16x32 in-ground pool for many years and I love it. It dissolves quickly and easy. I just start broadcasting across the pool. Water is water, does not really matter if the water is.

**Q: How many bags do you get? I'm seeing this same bag at other places for 11.99.**
A: Where for $11.99? Seems like a good price. I bought 6.

**Q: Science question:Ive used Salt crystals for weed control, but also wondering will adding to soft sand make it more firm and stable for driving over?**
A: This sand is very fine, like table salt. No crystals
