**Q: can these be stained or do you sell them in wood with no primer or paint on them? How much to ship to newfoundland a1s 1g5**
A: Material: PolyurethaneEasy installation: surface has a sealed finish and pieces can be planed, sawed, sanded, nailed and glued the same as wood.Fireproof: Manufacturer certifies these as non-combustible and non-burning.Anti-corrosion: resists acids and alkalis. Light weight: lightweight, good resilience and hardness.Waterproof: no moisture absorbing, water permeation, or mildew.

**Q: Could you stand these upside down and stand them upright on the flat part?  I want to use them as bookends.**
A: These are very lightweight so they probably won't work for bookends. They are not made from wood but a plastic type material.

**Q: how do you mount these things???**
A: Apply a bead of Construction adhesive all the way around the back edge of the bracket. If you need extra support you can use finishing nails or screws and use a wood puddy to cover it up.

**Q: Which size would be best for an over-the-stove mini-mantel?**
A: This one will be 4" Wide, 4" Deep and 7-1/2" High.
