Directions: 1. Heat the cleaning fluid. 2. Print the "nozzle checking" test page to confirm the color to be cleaned. 3. Pick out the ink cartridge. 4. Inject the cleaning fluid into the print head that needs cleaning with a syringe, and wait for 10-12 hours,as shown in Figure 3. 5. Install the ink cartridges and run the "nozzle cleaning" function twice in printer driver. After cleaning, if the clogging is more serious, maybe it's because the cleaning liquid hasn’t been totally discharged and still stays inside the print head. Please follow the following steps: 1. If you have the refill ink for this printer, you can inhale ink 4ML with a syringe and inject it into the ink inlet of the print head, then install the cartridge and run the driver's "Print head cleaning" function 1 times. 2. If you do not have the refill ink for this printer, you can use an empty syringe (do not need to inhale anything)to connect with the ink inlet of the print head, repeatedly push and pull the plunger of the syringe to discharge the cleaning liquid. Then install the ink cartridge, and run the driver "print head cleaning" function 1 times. 3. If there is no improvement, you will need to wait 2 hours and try again to run the driver's "Print head cleaning" function 1 times. The above methods can be tried several times. P.S.:More detail instructions and tools are included in the package. Review: Great simple cleaning option - Needed to restore my Epson WF-7620 printer and I got this to do it. The directions are pretty good except of course for the translation issues when companies refuse to use a human to proof read their materials they send to customers. First note: Place your existing cartridges on something that can contain ink spills because they will often leak. I would suggest the following adjustments. In my case I used facial tissue folded over and over until it just fit under the print head when sliding the head over it - do this in 2 parts - one for the left half and one for the right half. That way when you go to replace it, you can slide the head over an existing tissue and not leak anything anywhere while you replace the other. I went through about 3 sets each round of cleaning. The other thing I found useful is a pair of hemostats. I used them to hold the end of the tubing and to push it over the ink input nozzles because sometimes the nozzles are in too tight of a space for my man hands (I'm 6'2). While I do not have snausage fingers, they are not as delicate possibly as the people who mader these devices over in China. The included vinyl glove is only useful if you have hemostats because of the spaces involved and required pressure to get the vinyl over the nozzle, etc. etc. Kit seems to work well with tissues coming out soaked in ink. I let it sit for at least an hour between cleanings. I've done two complete cleaning rounds and have plenty left to do probably 10 more rounds of all 4 nozzles. Review: IT WORKED! - I purchase this in August 2020, to try and unclog an Epson WF-7520. I had tried the cleaning cycle a number of times but a couple of the colors just weren't clear and one was completely gone. Since we had another printer, I put it aside and figured "I'd get to it" in a week or two. Two years later, I really wanted to use that printer again so I went looking for the cleaner but, alas, couldn't find it . . .so I bought another brand and, once again, "didn't get to it." I FINALLY decided to clean it last week but, of course, couldn't find the new cleaner either BUT found this, pretty much right where it was supposed to be, and went ahead with the cleaning process. I couldn't find the instructions that came with it -- it drop out of the box when I took everything out, I discovered after I was finished -- so I didn't do things like heat it up, or measure carefully, or any of that stuff. I did use two layers of cut-to-size blotting paper under the heads AND had paper towels (and gloves) ready just in case. So I pulled some fluid into the syringe, forced it through the clogged heads, and after a little while tried to print. It wasn't really any better. I then remember seeing online that your supposed to run the epson head cleaning cycle after you clean it. I put a little more cleaner in the heads, let it sit for a few minutes, and ran the cleaning cycle. All inks printed and the quality is GREAT again. So, after almost three years of sitting around, and not following directions, this stuff worked! Excellent!

A: I didn't wait very long at all and it worked for me.

**Q: Once I connect the tube the printer head, it is basically sealed, no fluid can possibly pass through, what am I missing?**
A: The fluid should dissolve the clog as you slowly force it through the head with the syringe. It worked for me. If it's not working, your clog may be too solid. Try letting it sit for a while.

**Q: What,s the difference in the A1, A2, red?**
A: Hi, A1 and A2  just for different type of printer models, no difference in color.

First note: Place your existing cartridges on something that can contain ink spills because they will often leak. I would suggest the following adjustments. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If at first you don't succeed?

I painstakingly followed the directions of heating the solution even using a meat thermometer to get the exact temp. One thing, don't do this inside. It is messy. The results were that the printer was better but apparently not 100%. The only jet in question was black and it was 99% blocked and now only about 50%. It's good enough for me right now so I may be performing the procedure again later. It's not really that hard it's just messy. It's not even that messy if you use gloves and definitely put something in the printer via instructions to sop up the mess. I added a star to my review because after several months of limited printing, the quality improved. I'm not sure why but in the interest of fairness, I have to consider that this product probably deserves some credit. That and I really think that the more an individual repeats the cleaning process, the better the results will be.
