Review: Best bang for you buck - I have ordered 3 tubs total of this stuff now (recently putting myself on a subscription to lower the cost and get it consistently). This is actually one of the lowest cost BCAA's per gram that I've found. It contains 70 servings of 10 grams. That's 700 grams for under $40. A quick search here on desertcart shows that all other products to hit that 700 gram product hit the $50, and then well over that! This is not expensive. It's actually the most affordable, but really depends on what you want. If you're looking for the bigger servings that this offers (10g) then this is a no brainer. Still, I would argue if you want less than that, this is still the one to get. All you'd have to do is take the measuring scoop and mark off where is half and a quarter, and you'll have your 5g and 2.5g servings. For those of you that do intermittent fasting, get this. You want to be taking this pre-workout to remain in a fasted state, while still being able to maintain and preserve your muscles. This will allow you to burn fat during your workouts and not worry about losing any precious muscle. As for taste, I finally ordered watermelon flavor (and I'll update it when I get try it out), but I've only had the fruit punch. At first, I loved the taste of this, but it's begun to wear on me. It's extremely sweet and I just try to chug it now. It's not unbearable, as supplements go. I think we've all had our fair share of nastiness when it comes to certain products. This isn't that. I'd give it a 6/10 on taste. I'm hoping watermelon delivers. Still, if you're looking for the most cost effective product, this is it. **Q: How is this as a post work out supplement vs cell mass?**
A: I much prefer this over Cell Mass.  I use it during my workout.  I am literally never sore and I lift heavy with an increase in my 1 RM every other week.  I have done 400 meters of weighted walking lunges and not been sore after.  I also find I don't fatigue in my workouts now since I started drinking it during my workouts.

Not worth I am not sure about impact as BCAA as I am trying first time but taste is not for everyone. It's difficult to gallop down medicine kind of taste.
