This cart is reasonably priced, well made using quality hardware, including two stationary rubber casters and two swivel rubber casters. The hubs are plastic, yet, they should last reasonably long, even in regions with extreme cold or extreme dry heat. The cart is easy to assemble with some parts using friction in addition to bolts, flat washers, and self-locking nylon lock nuts. A rubber mallet or hammer with a small block of wood are handy for tapping the parts requiring friction. A bar of soap, wax(paper), soapy water can also be used to lubricate the friction parts in lieu of a mallet or hammer. A wrench will be required for cinching down the lock washers I have nerve damage and arthritis in my extremities and assembled this cart in approximately 20 minutes. A younger or more dexterous person should assemble faster. The handle also serves as a tray for various items, e.g., bolts, washers, nuts, quarters, cell phone, etc. Additionally, it comes with a chrome bar for hanging a shop towel or paper towels.
