It’s excellent, but so expensive that the average person can’t make this their new tuna of choice. Before you buy, do a little research. This tuna is nothing like your grocery store Starkist or Bumblebee variety. If I’m not mistaken (I may be), this tuna is line caught, and it’s filleted and packaged by hand. And it’s only cooked once, unlike typical tuna that is cooked twice (before and after being canned). So the texture and look are very different. They taste alright but they are processed in vietnam and thailand. To be honest, I'm just looking for American Made, American Caught, American Processed etc. products.I just received my first raincoast tuna (American caught, canadian processed) order and it wasn't as great as expected, for the price, it was more fishy than the other two I have tried. I also ordered American tuna (all American caught and processed), which is the most expensive of all, and will be giving it a try as soon as I receive.There is another one I am looking to try, called Sea Fare Pacific tuna (all American caught and processed) which states their tuna has very low mercury due to it being young tuna.
