I needed Introduction to the Hospitality Industry, tenth edition, for my Analysis of Hospitality class. When I went to Stratford's bookstore, the book was not available; at all. Fortunately for me I found it on amazon.com. My classmates thought I was crazy for getting my book from amazon when the school was supposed to provide it. More than half way through the quarter, students began to receive the NINTH edition of the book. The professor was gracious enough to allow the class to catch up in SIX WEEKS of missed assignments. NOT ME!!!
