I suffered with migraines about half the days of every month and headaches in between. I ended up having to quit my job for a few months because I couldn’t handle being anywhere with noise and bright lights. I was miserable. I would wake up everyday hoping that I would finally get some relief. I got in to see a neurologist and he tested to see if I had any signs of a brain tumor or any sort of neurological issue. He concluded I didn’t have any of the above and diagnosed me with the migraines I already knew of. He also prescribed rizatriptan to help with migraines which does help a lot when one starts to come on and I still use from time to time. The other thing he suggested was this supplement. He said it was the only one that he would recommend that has actually had some success in reducing peoples migraines. I figured a supplement was a long shot but I of course gave it a try because I was getting to the point where I didn’t know if I wanted to keep living in this pain anymore. I started the supplement and gave it a fair trial period (about a month or two) and I started to see my migraines reduce more and more. I finally had relief. I still take this supplement every single night to this day and will probably take it for the rest of my life. I now experience maybe 1-2 migraines a month, some months none at all. I just wanted to share my experience because I hope that maybe it will help someone out who feels like they are running out of options. It is an oblong caplet, about double the size of Aleve or Advil. More for adults. **Q: is there caffine in the product?** A: No. Only riboflavin (B2) 400 mg, magnesium 360 mg, and feverfew 100 mg. **Q: Is this price for two bottles, each containing 60 pills? Description is confusing** A: Yes,the total price is always for 2 bottles, I never see a price for one. (60 pills in each one). **Q: What is in it?** A: Riboflavin or B2 as the vitamin form- 400mg... Magnesium (both citrate and oxide for absorption)360mg ...and "Puracol" a whole leaf and extract form of feverfew-100mg. Also, gelatins, vegetable extracts and gum, and sodium starch glycolate to keep it in a pill form. It is a white powdered pill, easy for me to swallow. I have had both brain trauma migraines and chemical migraines since I was 4 yrs. old. I am approaching 50 and have taken this supplement for 2 years. Best stuff since Demerol. It calms my nerves and deadens the pain, but most months it is able to take the pain away completely. In fact I went off of it for 1 month while moving out of state and was I sorry.
