Some folks get the runs I was told by a family member who swears by this. However, I do not have that issue at all. Last time I used, the liver numbers did not show as a concern when done. No pain associated. The value for the cost was fine. Just take with water myself. Easy as pie. Does not affect my energy leverls or sleep in any shape or form.
